| "I own the new Strobe, I just love it! This is a great phone, but my boyfriend has big fingers, and this wouldn't work for him. I have great range, but that may be my carrier. I really enjoy taking pictures, using both keypads, and using the pictures I take for the screen saver makes this an interesting conversation piece. I like when I plug it in to charge it the screen shuts off. The dual screens are awesome! I believe this product is targeted for a younger market (I'm 30) however I have nothing but good things to say about it. I had a I730, from Nextel, and this phone is smaller and has more features. The battery life is great, the keyboard is perfect for IRC or IM Chat, screens are viewable even in bright sunlight, the camera is so well made it takes pictures that you can email to a developer and have them printed, and more. The only drawback is that when ringing, it is not very loud, but loud enough to just barely hear at busy spots outside or in a mall. | "Had my Switch_Back a couple of days now, and it's the best phone I have had yet. Everything is pretty much intuitive with this one. The camera is easy to use, picture quality is excellent. Other reviews said that the key guard didn't work, but, it works fine on mine, either by setting it to turn on when closing the unit, or by pressing the * . The keyboard is a snap to master in a short time. We text constantly at work where we are out of the office for days at a time and on the road. The qwerty set up is a major improvement over fiddling through each key to fine the right letter or symbol. The only downside to this phone is the flashlight. On my other Kyocera phones, the k7, k9, and k10 it was far more usable because all I had to do was push the hang-up button to use the flashlight. With this one, you have to use the menu to turn the light on, and then menu back in to turn the phone off. Hardly makes mentioning a flashlight as an accessory with this worth the effort." Robert B. The best features are the design, the keyboard, the wallpapers and ringtones, the capabilities to hook up the phone to your computer (you can use your own songs as ringers!) and download them from the Kyocera site as well. There is only one problem (and it's really minor). You have to turn the keyguard on most the time. Which is kind of a pain but NO reason to not want this phone. | "Just bought a Switch_Back for my Virgin Mobile service and I really love it. The best thing about it is just the way it looks. I love the sleek design and the full keypad when you flip it open. The camera works great and the displays are nice and bright and clear. I only have 2 complaints so far: 1) The front keypad, the numbers in the middle (2,5,8,0) are set lower than the side ones (1,4,7,3,6,9), so it's tough to dial correctly if you're not looking directly at the phone...you may end up hitting the wrong number. 2) (and this is a minor one) The keys on the front are easy to hit when in your pocket, so you have to make sure you have the keyguard on...can just be a minor annoyance.
